Are you passionate about optimizing production processes, driving efficiency, and contributing to high‑quality manufacturing? Wieland Onda Srl is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in designing, improving, and managing our production workflows.

About the Role
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will support our production operations by developing efficient processes, introducing new methods, and ensuring our products can be manufactured safely, consistently, and to the highest standards. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Production, Design, Quality, and Maintenance, to deliver continuous improvement across the plant.

What You’ll Do
– Design, optimize, and improve manufacturing processes and workflows.
– Develop and implement production methods, work instructions, and standard procedures.
– Analyze production data to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
– Collaborate with product design teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
– Select and support implementation of machinery, tools, and equipment.
– Troubleshoot production issues and lead corrective actions.
– Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
– Support Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.
– Prepare technical documentation, reports, and process guidelines.
– Train production teams on new processes, technologies, or equipment.

What We’re Looking For
– Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, automation, etc.).
– Problem‑solving and analytical skills.
– Experience with CAD/CAM tools.
– Understanding of quality control and process improvement.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
– Project management abilities.
– Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
– Experience levels welcomed: Entry (0–2 years) or Mid Level (3–5+ years).
