We’re Hiring: Business Process Management & Digital Transformation Specialist

Wieland Onda Srl is seeking an Expert in Business Process Management & Digital Transformation to help enhance our business processes and drive key digital initiatives. You will collaborate closely with local process owners as well as corporate Operational Excellence and IT teams.

Main Responsibilities
– Support the local SAP & MES implementation project.
– Act as local key user for SAP and MES, guiding and training colleagues.
– Drive automation initiatives with operations, suppliers, and corporate teams.
– Conduct data analysis to improve business performance.

Requirements
– Strong interest in IT systems and business process management.
– Understanding of supply chain management in assembly manufacturing.
– Experience in project management with strong organizational skills.
– Analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Skills or interest in Lean Manufacturing.
– Fluent in English.
– BSc/BA in manufacturing, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
