{"id":3915,"date":"2022-10-28T16:53:34","date_gmt":"2022-10-28T14:53:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.onda-it.com\/?post_type=prodotto&#038;p=3915"},"modified":"2022-10-28T17:03:27","modified_gmt":"2022-10-28T15:03:27","slug":"hybrid-film-evaporator","status":"publish","type":"prodotto","link":"https:\/\/www.onda-it.com\/eng\/products\/shell-and-tube-heat-exchangers\/hybrid-film-evaporator\/","title":{"rendered":"Hybrid film evaporator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Onda has recently developed a new innovative evaporator to respond to an increasing efficiency market demand and a reduced refrigerant charge to balance the continuous refrigerants cost and taxes increase.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>\u201cHybrid Film\u201c evaporator\u00a0<\/strong>combines the benefits of the pool boiling reliable performance and the falling film evaporator low refrigerant charge.<\/p>\n<p>The concept of this innovative heat exchanger has been developed by R&amp;D and validated in Onda\u2019s laboratory with turbo (no oil) and screw compressor (with oil).<\/p>\n<p>The core design belongs to Onda\u2019s IPR and it is patent pending<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>Hybrid Film evaporator new distribution system\u00a0<\/strong>allows to keep control of the refrigerant liquid around the tubes in all the different working<\/p>\n<p>conditions, at full load and at part load as well.
